As Warehouse Manager, you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex industrial/logistic department, assuring excellent quality standards.
Here are some responsibilities you will have:
Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals in order to ensure that the warehouse operates in an efficient way;Supervision, organization and training of warehouse staff;Develop operating systems by controlling product handling and storage requirements, equipment usage, inventory, door flow, and shipping methods;Manage the warehouse team to solve daily operational problems and gain short- and long-term performance goals;Supervise day to day operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics;Study workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service;Management and monitoring of international shipments of plants in foreign geographical areas;Provide a safe and healthy working environment.PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics;At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees;Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff;Data analysis skills;Good relational skills with focus on team management;Good knowledge of English.
