Responsibilities Comprehensively manage the internal work of the warehouse, control warehouse management costs and labor costs, reduce costs and increase efficiency. Regularly organize meetings, formulate work goals and plans, coordinate and solve the problems and difficulties of each group. Responsible for team building, formulate talent training and talent reserve plans, and conduct performance appraisal of internal team leaders and employees. Supervise and inspect warehouse operation specifications, ensure personnel safety and the safety of goods in the warehouse, and implement safety measures such as fire prevention and anti-theft. Coordinate the work of various domestic departments and warehouses to ensure that information is delivered effectively and supervise the implementation of feedback. Oversee warehouse 6S construction, improve warehouse capacity and appearance, and ensure compliance with 6S standards. Supervise and inspect the maintenance of various equipment in the warehouse, manage materials and consumables, save costs, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Qualifications Education requirements: BA and above. Proficiency in English and Chinese. Working experience in large-scale cross-border e-commerce or 3PL warehouse management (3 years and above). Authorized to work in Italy. Strong communication, coordination, and management skills. Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse workflow. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, ability to withstand work pressure; proficiency in Office software. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving safety and operational issues in warehouse operations. Job Type: Full-time
