This role ensures that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.Ways you will make a differenceConduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are proficient in their roles.Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback.Step in to cover various roles within the warehouse as needed, including but not limited to material supply, cycle counting, shipping, and receiving.Assist in inventory control and management, including stock counts and reconciliation.Perform all other related duties as assigned by management.Ability to work overtime as needed.Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Skills that will make you successfulShipping or Logistics: 3+ years (Preferred)SAP (Warehouse Management) or similar software: 3+ years (Preferred)High school diploma or equivalentExperiences that will support your successStrong verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership and team management skills.
