WHAT WILL WE DO TOGETHER The Warehouse & Distribution Manager Region Sud, through his/her warehouse managers and distribution managers, is responsible for the warehousing and distribution activities in southern Italy and is able to apply business decisions to guarantee the proper trade-off among costs, service level, and business risks.

You will be responsible for inventory value for finished goods, returnable container, and raw material present in warehouses in your region. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the proper network to follow sales trends or sales models. You will be in charge of developing partnerships with customers belonging to your territories and with external providers thus guaranteeing the sustainability of performances with a clear customer-centricity strategy. You, together with your distribution team, are responsible for intervening and meeting customers when the Sales Region Manager asks for support, identifying process gaps and implementing corrective action plans able to increase customer satisfaction. You will support the Logistics Director in developing a professional, customer service, cost, and carbon-focused logistics organization, able to ensure flexibility, fast response time, speed to market, better service, optimized cost, and overall supply chain network efficiency. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the Service Providers, ensuring respect for contractual Service Level Agreements, evaluating and mitigating risks from the Service Providers that could affect financial performance and legal compliance. You will be able to cope with complex situations such as service drops, strikes, or injuries, avoiding business disruptions. You will be formally delegated in front of the law for safety issues within your area of competence.
