Responsibilities include managing inventory, creating orders, and implementing control protocols related to Supply Chain.
This position will also be responsible for the coordination of loading unloading all materials and goods while maintaining inventory integrity.
You will need to collaborate on continuous improvements and troubleshoot system errors while making critical decisions that could influence production.
Document your work in a neat and organized manner while communicating delays, changes, and other variables to warehouse leadership.
You will also monitor e-mail communications from our outside storage locations to systematically update SAP quantities and statuses of materials daily.Ways you will make a differenceMonitor the loading and unloading of shipments.Direct carriers to specific dock doors and ensure unloading in a timely manner.Work inter-departmentally or with other locations to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue.Review data quality by participating in data cleanup activities, including the review of aged PO's from multiple sources.Basic Microsoft Office skills and clear email communication.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables) updating Excel spreadsheets.Communicate coordinate all deliveries for both inbound outbound shipments.Perform all other related duties as assigned by leadership.Ability to work overtime, travel to other outside locations, and work occasional weekends.Assist in developing processes, procedures, and support training to ensure inventory and ERP programs are consistent with both Ferrara and our external warehouses.Skills that will make you successfulProficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Analytical mindset – ability to manipulate and analyze data to provide insights.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to follow execute multiple e-mail communications.Create and manage multiple tracking reports to analyze and forecast incoming loads.Must be able to multi-task.Perform ad hoc work in SAP (OJT for this action).Must have strong attention to detail.Experiences that will support your successAssist with cycle counting process.Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies.Excellent attention to detail, math, and multi-tasking.Shipping or Logistics: 3+ years experience (Preferred).SAP (Warehouse Management) or similar software: 2 years (Preferred).Associate degree (preferred not required) in supply chain, business, or related field.Ferrara's success in industry-leading innovation has been driven by deep consumer insights, strong retailer co-creation and partnerships, and a dedication to diversity of thought, experience, and people.
