We are looking for a **Warehouse Operations Manager **for our branch in Verona (VR).
The person will work between 14.00 and 23.00
**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:
- Maintaining links with cooperatives
- Checking the monthly invoices
- Weekly meetings with the handling provider to share results, successes and inefficiencies with related action plans and follow-up
- Developing performance and productivity kpi
- Ensuring linehaul saturation and distribution
- Ensuring linehaul departure times and distribution
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 5 years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
- Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
