Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner Provide impeccable and personalized service to guests in accordance with fine dining standards Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail Provide recommendations and assist guests in choosing menu items Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Engage guests in interactive dining experiences while maintaining professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations Requirements Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure Positive and friendly attitude Team player with a willingness to support colleagues Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service procedures Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent
