This role will be based in Zuma Rome.
Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the "eternal city", this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide warm, efficient service that enhances guest satisfactionKeep the pass area organized and monitor tables to anticipate service needsRespond quickly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a seamless experienceSet up the restaurant to standards and follow cleaning routines to maintain a welcoming atmosphereStay informed about the menu and products to confidently assist guestsSupport new team members through training and guidance, helping them deliver exceptional serviceWhat We Look For
