W&M Accessories Quality Specialist - Finished

You will be part of the footwear and leather goods quality department and will report directly to the Balmain W&M Accessories Quality Manager.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Ensure field presence with regular visits to suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure that Balmain's quality requirements are respected by the suppliers and the manufacturers
- Proceed to quality control tests on Balmain LLG and shoes / sneakers
- Support suppliers in production starts and check pre-series
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, established production and delivery times by monitoring and supervising every phase of the manufacturing process for finished footwear and leather goods products
- Report issues in a timely manner to the company's control structures
**Profil**:
You have 5+ years of experience in similar missions in the luxury / fashion sector
You are familiar with the main development steps for footwear and leather goods
You are willing to travel within Italy
You have a good knowledge of Excel and you are fluent in English
You are determined, autonomous and you have strong organisational skills
You are results oriented, flexible, you like working in a team and you are passionate about luxury
