Once the user hits submit, we make POST requests with that data to multiple REST end-points sending the job application back to the Workday tenant. The system will clear out / time out after 60 minutes of inactivity (for records that were not submitted back to Workday).

We are looking for a VPC (Valmet Performance Center) and Agreement Specialist Air System to join Valmet within the Global Tissue Service family and serve our global Tissue industry customers. VPC is a hub to connect Valmet network of data and process experts with customers through digital technologies.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation to enhance our customers' performance and optimize their operations, with a particular focus on the Drying System of the Tissue Machine.
What You'll Do: Be part of the Tissue Valmet Performance Center.Provide on-demand remote support to our customers' production lines, ensuring fast and effective troubleshooting.Monitor and analyze process data to keep customer productivity at peak levels.Collaborate closely with our Performance Centers, working with customers, suppliers, and colleagues around the world to deliver innovative industrial internet solutions.Manage air system agreements and perform on-site surveys to support our tissue customers with system audits and improvements.Partner with the sales team to offer expert advice on Tissue Air Systems and provide digital on-site service.Support Tissue Valmet Performance Center in developing analysis tools for the Drying Section.Your Profile: A solid technical education in industrial engineering or similar.Fluent in English (Italian will be considered a plus).Strong technical background, preferably with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.Preferably, knowledge of air systems for tissue machines and ability to conduct audits.Proficiency in IT tools.A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Why Join Us?
