You will work with your teams to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix. You will drive consistent Breadth of Participation across your leaders and Sales Associates.Grow Your People. You will provide coaching, counseling, and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and development.Collaborate.
