This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home 4 days per week, with one day of in-office collaboration in Lehigh County, PA.
In this hands-on leadership role , you will identify and secure new business opportunities with brands and agencies in the affiliate space.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in affiliate marketing , especially with enterprise partnerships, a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, and a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth through strategic business development.

Responsibilities Lead strategic initiatives and elevate market presence in the affiliate publishing space Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies Forge strategic partnerships that drive revenue and gross margin Develop and execute business plans for revenue and gross margin growth Own the complete sales process, from outreach to negotiations and relationship management Identify opportunities for growth through new and existing clients Build and maintain executive-level relationships to identify partnership opportunities Lead and mentor a small team of sales professionals Drive profitable growth through innovative affiliate marketing strategies and partnerships Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development with company goals Represent the brand at industry events to enhance visibility and forge partnerships Analyze data and generate insights to optimize performance and revenue growth Monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape strategic direction and growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required 10+ years of marketing business development experience is required 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing required Enterprise brand/agency partnership experience required Ability to travel up to 30% required #J-18808-Ljbffr
