We are looking for a highly skilled VoIP Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Linux environments, Docker, and Asterisk-based VoIP solutions.

About this vacancy As a VoIP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our VoIP infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Linux environments to support VoIP infrastructure. Design, configure, and deploy Asterisk-based VoIP solutions tailored to business needs. Create, manage, and optimize Docker images and containers for VoIP services. Administer and manage containerized environments using Portainer. Install and configure Graylog for centralized logging and monitoring across various environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VoIP systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations and security measures. Develop and maintain documentation for VoIP configurations, procedures, and system changes. What we expect from you Degree in Telecommunication/computer Science Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux environments. Strong experience in creating and managing Docker images and containers. Extensive experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Asterisk-based VoIP solutions. Proficient in managing and administering containerized environments using Portainer. Experience in installing and configuring Graylog in various environments. Solid understanding of VoIP protocols and standards such as SIP, RTP, and SRTP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good command of Italian and English language. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
