EXPERT VMWARE SYSTEMS ENGINEER We are looking for a VMware Expert Systems Engineer to work both at our operational headquarters in Reggio Emilia and at our client companies manned in Emilia between Parma and Bologna.
The ideal candidate should be proactive and eager for continued growth regardless of their level, able to work synergistically with their colleagues and contribute positively and distinctively to the entire team.
Requirements Several years' experience in Microsoft or Linux environment, preferably in Enterprise environment;Many years of experience in managing a virtualization infrastructure based on VMware vSphere 5.x/6.x;Skills in installing and upgrading the vSphere/vCenter virtualization platform;Creation and configuration of virtual machines hosting Windows or Linux servers;Knowledge in Networking (switches, routers, balancers) and its Protocols (TCP, NFS, CIFS, etc);Knowledge in the area of Security (Firewall, VPN, etc);Knowledge in Storage;Knowledge of network services such as DNS, DHCP and Active Directory;Ability to analyze performance and tune systems.Knowledge of: Of other VMware products such as: vRealize Operation, vSphere Replication, Site Recovery Manager, Orchestrator, vRealize Automation, LogInsight, NSX, Horizon View, AirWatch;In the management and configuration of Blade servers of Cisco, HP, IBM/Lenovo vendors;In complementary areas such as: Backup, Database, Application.Personal skills and experience such as: A strong predisposition to work in a teamFlexibility and problem solving skillsHigh customer orientation and strong enthusiasmGood stress and time managementGood organizational, analytical, decision-making skillsGood knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (B2-C1 level preferred)Type of offer Economic remuneration defined on the basis of the candidate's actual abilities and skills.Opportunities for personal growth and continuing education in a challenging and dynamic environment.The search is intended to be open for the REGGIO EMILIA office c/o VCUBE S.r.l.* I authorize the processing of my personal data for the purposes of selecting a possible selection as indicated in policy.
