We are currently looking for a talented Quality Mechanical Inspector. In this role you will be responsible for the inspection of components and the traceability of the afore mentioned inspections; the management of NCRs and CRs and the relative informations; the support to track fault investigations and to internal Production and the management of additional QC activities.
**Quality Inspection**
Performing inspection procedures on the components delivered to the Quality Department by both external suppliers and internal production, following the procedures shared and available in the VCARB F1 Team Quality Department;
Ensuring the traceability of the inspections that you will perform in the inspection phase of components delivered by both external suppliers and internal production, following the procedures shared and available in the VCARB F1 Team Quality Department;
Managing the internally detected Non-Conformities and the Concession requests from the internal and external suppliers, following the procedures shared and available in the VCARB F1 Quality Department, providing and ensuring the compilation of NCRs and CRs;
Ascertaining that the informations regarding NonConformities and Concession Requests are always received and understood by the VCARB F1 departments and/or the external suppliers involved in such procedures;
Supporting the investigations related to car faults and issues and the requests by the Reliability Department, the Design Office and the Race Team;
Supporting the VCARB F1 Team Production Department with inspections during the production process;
Managing the additional Quality Department activities assigned to you by the Head of Quality and the relative feedbacks to the Head of Quality.
**Professionalism**
Knowledge of precision mechanics;
Knowledge of measurement tools:
- Coordinate Measuring Machines (preferably Zeiss and / or Mitutoyo);
- Antropomorphic Measuring Arms with laser scanning head (preferably with Polyworks software);
- Standard bench tools (micrometer, vernier, gauge blocks, roughness meter, hardness meter, etc.
Knowledge of automotive Quality systems and procedures, including:
- Ability to work with external suppliers;
- Knowledge of non-conformity management and traceability concept.

**Qualifications**:
Preferred technical high school diploma;
Maximum 3 years of experience in motorsport and / or automotive companies;
Experience in reading technical drawings;
Preferred experience in materials and material treatments;
Knowledge of English language (preferred mínimal B1 level);
Reactive and proactive;
High flexibility, availability to work overtime and during the weekends, stress management;
Preferred familiarity with ERP systems;
Available for business trips, Italy and abroad.
