This role is a full time role 20 hours a week, 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.
Initial 6 months contract with possibility of extension.
Flexible working hours: from 11:30 - 16:20 or 12:00 - 17:00
**Areas of Responsibility & brief description of the role**:
- Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre
- Handover of Passports to the specific client governments.
- Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants
- Fee collection and cash handling
- Preparing reports for day-to-day transactions
- Facilitate requests for asylum appointments.
**Personal Requirements**:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- English and Italian - verbal and written;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- A good attention to accuracy and detail
- A proactive can-do attitude
- Flexibility
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: €12,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
