**Responsibilities**:
**Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for VIP individuals' Wi-Fi connectivity issues and ensure seamless internet access.
**
Assist with resolving problems related to meeting room appliances, including but not limited to projectors, screens, and conference call systems.
**Offer guidance and support for accessing the local network, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
**
Key Requirements:
**Proficient understanding of networking concepts and experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
**
Strong technical skills in resolving meeting room appliance issues and familiarity with audiovisual equipment.
**Audio video and meeting room configuration and support experience.
**
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve access issues related to local networks and permissions.
Proficiency in windows/apple PC's and in android/IOS devices.
**Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service, especially when dealing with VIP clientele.
**
Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
**Languages: fluent in Italian and English**
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
**Prior experience in a similar on-site support role is highly advantageous.
**
Relevant certifications in networking or IT support would be a plus.
**Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**
**Additional Information**:
This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence at the customer's location in Milan (Italy).
**Salary**: €2,000.00 - €35,000.00 per month
