**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
We are looking for **Village Hotels Integration Manager.
The identified resource will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for hosting Olympic athletes within designated hotel properties, aligning with the overall objectives and requirements of the Olympic organizing committee and required service levels.
- Serve as the main liaison between the Village FA managers (operations, services, facilities and administration) and the hotel management teams, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with established guidelines and protocols.
- Align hotel standards of accommodation and services to Olympic standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing any deficiencies or concerns promptly to uphold the reputation of both the Olympic Games and the host hotels.
- Monitor the development of the detailed hotel contracts (Venue use agreement), define all details of the services provided by the hotels that will be included/excluded, define the role of the hotel staff during games time, co-plan with hotel owners staff shifts and roles.
- Support the Vil administration manager in defining the content of the hotel specific training sessions and provide ongoing support to hotel staff members involved in serving Olympic residents, ensuring they are well-prepared, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences during the Games.
Ensure that the available staff will be scheduled as per Olympic Operations requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proven experience in the hotel industry, experience in large-scale international events or sports competitions is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and financial analysis, with a track record of delivering results within allocated resources.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required during the planning and execution phases of Olympic Villages.
