Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, confident person with good social skills for a Sales Representative Position to promote and sell our Lingua Camps English language courses to schools across Europe, predominately in the Vento region of Italy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to build relationships with key Liaison people within Italian schools. This role is vital to expanding our presence in Italy and ensuring our summer camps reach a wide audience of students.
Key Responsibilities:
· Find & Contact Italian Schools; Proactively reach out to Italian schools to introduce and promote Lingua Camps' English language Summer Programs.
· Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to establish new relationships with schools that have not previously partnered with us.
· Build Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including teachers, administrators, and school directors.
· Appointment Setting Secure meetings with school representatives to present our Summer Camp Programs and discuss partnership opportunities.
· Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations online and in person (all info provided to you) to teachers, school administrators, and parents, highlighting the benefits of our language courses.
· Research & Identify Schools: Continuously research and identify additional schools across Europe that could benefit from our programs, expanding our reach.
· Travel: Travel to various schools across Italy to meet with appropriate Liaison people within schools and conduct in-person presentations.
· Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve sales targets by signing up multiple schools to our summer camps.
· Produce procedures and processes for the operational running of English Language Camps
· Structure. organise and create company documentation
· Revise and continual updates of website and social media
· Post adverts to recruit roles for English Language Camps
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or language learning sector
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of School Representatives
· Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
· Willingness to travel to Italy
· Proficiency in English and Italian is required
· Experience in cold calling and appointment setting is a plus

Contract Details
· 20 hours per week
· Mon-Fri - 9.30am – 14:00 (30 mins unpaid lunch)
· 14 Euros per hour
· Very generous commission per confirmed school
