F&B Sales Executive - Venice, Italy - F&B Operations - 2645 - Aman Venice Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW The F&B Sales Executive is responsible for the management and coordination of all the private dining requests reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager – F&B.
The candidate will operate in standalone assignments and projects with the objective of increasing the overall F&B results and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate the planning, implementation and follow up for banqueting requests up to 20 guests - Coordination of banquets logistics, including public relations, production and distribution of Banquet Event Orders - Assisting in the process of banqueting budget development and fulfilment - Supervising vendors' activities with basic set up and dismantling of banquets, coordinating vendors' activities and ensuring procedures are followed and in compliance with the property rules - Responsible for administrative duties such as filing data entry, collecting data for periodical reporting - Work closely with the EAM – F&B to fulfill internal and external banquet planning committees and client groups - Represent and deliver service excellence that is in line with the organization's brand.
QUALIFICATIONS - Previous experience in the same role is preferred - Fluent in verbal and written English - Excellent team worker and oriented to details - Proactive with excellent communication skills and customer service experience - Ability to accurately work multitasking under pressure with attention to details
