POSITION OVERVIEW

THE POSITION

The Linen Porter will report directly to the Housekeeping manager of the property and will work in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with top talents in the hospitality industry and grow as a Housekeeping professional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Satisfying guests and exceeding guest's expectations
- Support the housekeeping Team in cleaning guests' rooms and public areas
- Taking care of the minibar operations
- Collecting and distributing guest laundry
- Reporting missing or damaged items
- Reporting lost and found items
- Maintaining a clean & neat area of operation

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in the same role
- Fluent in verbal English would be a plus
- Excellent team worker and oriented to details
