We're looking for a brilliant IS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Italian team.
As an IS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.
You will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud-based systems, working closely with other IT professionals to support our business operations The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Deployment and managing compute, storage and networking resources on Cloud, mainly on Azure.
Deeply knowledge in network security and connectivity: must be able to ensure network connectivity to Azure resources.
• Connectivity management: Must be able to design, implement, and manage connectivity services.
Automation and Scripting: Develop automation scripts and workflows using Power Shell, Azure CLI, or other scripting languages to streamline deployment, management, and maintenance tasks within the modern workplace environment.
• Deployment and administrate new technologies as containers solutions using Ia C (AKS, Kubernetes, etc.)
Application Integration: Integrate and configure Microsoft and third-party applications within the modern workplace environment, ensuring seamless interoperability and user experience across devices and platforms.
• Identity and Access Management: Implement robust identity and access management solutions using Azure Active Directory, including user provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and reliability of modern workplace solutions, leveraging Azure monitoring and analytics tools to identify and address issues proactively.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation, runbooks, and best practice guides to document design decisions, configurations, and procedures related to modern workplace solutions, and share knowledge with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Working with global and local stakeholders: Must be able to work with solution architects, cloud administrators, security engineers, application developers and Dev Ops engineers.
Qualifications for the role - You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud platforms, productivity platforms, cloud-based solutions, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and the Azure ecosystem.
- You are qualified in networking and proficiency in Azure services such as AKS, Azure Networking, Azure Security Center, and Azure Monitor.
- You have experience with identity and access management solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and Azure AD Conditional Access.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems - Knowledge of other cloud providers in administration and implementation (e.g.
AWS, Google Cloud Platform, ...) will be considered a plus.
Certifications such as Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Developer Associate are considered a plus.
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field - You are passionate about new technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud-based environments.
Strong ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
