As a Business Developer and specialist in the field of home and building automation, you will be in charge to build up new Business. Key Tasks
- Continuous analysis and identification of potential projects
- Development and elaboration of a joint strategy considering the respective customer needs
- Creation of presentations and proposals for construction projects as well as negotiation of contracts and conditions
- Organization and conduct of product presentations and workshops with customers
- Intensive support and supervision of existing projects
- Continuous relationship management as well as identification of future joint projects
Key Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or degree (college/university) in the fields of electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering
- Several years of professional experience in business development, (key) account management, or sales management
- Persistence, high consulting competence, and communication skills
- Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Limited willingness to travel, as most appointments take place virtually
- Fluently in Italian and really good English skills
