WHO YOU ARE We're seeking an individual with at least 2 years of experience in the tours and activities sector, ideally with a physical presence in Rome and a profound knowledge of Italy's geography.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills are a must, coupled with a penchant for creative problem-solving and a sales-oriented mindset.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, meticulously managing multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Operations Management - You will collaborate closely with our Rome-based in-destination team to oversee day-to-day tour operations.
- Deliver unparalleled customer service throughout all stages of the guest experience, from pre-sale inquiries to in-destination support.
- Craft captivating and conversion-focused travel itineraries, ensuring each proposal meets the highest standards of visual appeal and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate and fulfill all third-party services, while adeptly managing disruptions and emergencies with grace and efficiency.
- Assist in ticket procurement, organization, and distribution, maintaining accurate records of tour costs in collaboration with the finance team.
Guide and Coordination Support - You will act as a primary point of contact for our tour guide team, providing timely support and assistance in the event of last-minute changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate closely with our ground ops team, offering guidance, support, and passenger lists on a daily basis.
Provide hands-on assistance with meet-and-greet and check-in operations as needed, ensuring seamless execution of every tour experience.
