Roles & Objectives As an Intern you will be part of our Consumer Journey (CJ) & Analytics Department for Philip Morris Italia.
In your role, you will join the Consumer Experience & NPS team supporting the management of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) system and Voice of Consumer within the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze feedbacks, identify key insights, and drive initiatives.
Additionally, you will assist in developing and monitoring systems for continuous improvement and ensuring proper functionality.
Specific Responsibilities: - Conduct regular reporting and analyses on NPS communication, trends and feedback to identify key insights - Assist in managing NPS systems, ensuring data accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement through continuous monitoring - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive improvements and strategic decisions - Support the creation of presentations, materials, and training sessions to share insights and best practices with local and global functions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies based on feedback and trends Who we're looking for - Degree in Management, Marketing, Analytics, Economics or related fields - Strong analytical skills, customer understanding and problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders - Passionate about monitoring and reporting - Proficiency in Office Suite - Fluent in English and in Italian - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High flexibility, quick learning capabilities, and entrepreneurial spirit - Positive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines - Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Salesforce, Power BI, Jira) is a plus.
