Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with cloud services, and a passion for developing scalable and efficient software solutions.
You will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that align with our business objectives and client needs.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Python - Design and manage databases with SQL and relational DBMS.
- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud or AWS platforms - Work within Agile methodologies to ensure continuous improvement and delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and R&D teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in Python programming, particularly with Fast API, SQLAlchemy, and pandas.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems.
- Deep knowledge of Google Cloud or AWS.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization best practices.
- Understanding and application of Agile methodologies in software development.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
- Experience with distributed computing is a plus.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven and relevant experience as a Software Engineer or similar role (min 2-3 years).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Location: This position is based in Rome, Italy, with a hybrid work model that combines both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility and support work-life balance.
