The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide excellent service to our tenants and visitors.
As a Runner your areas of responsibility will be: - Tenant Check-ins and Check-outs: Manage the check-in and check-out process for tenants, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Commercial Property Visits: Conduct and manage visits to company properties for commercial purposes, providing necessary information and assistance to prospective clients.
- Access Management: Oversee activities related to granting access to apartments, ensuring security and convenience for tenants and authorized personnel.
Working Hours: - The candidate will work during weekends as part of their schedule.
- Typical working days will be either Wednesday to Sunday or Tuesday to Saturday.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
What you will need to be successful in the role: - (Nice to have) At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or in roles involving direct public interaction.
- Proficiency both in Italian and English (B2-C1 level) - Expreince in driving a motorcycle - Driving License A - our scooters are 150cc (we will provide you a vehicle) - You know Rome like the back of your hand - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
