The Rome Business School is looking for a Help Desk Intern to join our Administration Services team as a Support Internship in the most international business school in Italy.
He/She will be in charge of the correct functioning of the classes and to provide technical support to the academic activity, as well as following up on internal technical support requests.
The position will report to the "Campus Support", who will report to the "Head of Administration" Main activities: - Helpdesk and hardware maintenance in the classrooms.
- Helpdesk and maintenance on laptops and cell phones within the company - Installation of new software/hardware and maintenance of existing systems - Management of the main requests of the students Requirements - Istituto tecnico/professionale di Tecnologia, informatica e telecomunicazioni - Knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 operating systems; - Knowledge of Office 365; - Basic knowledge of the latest Android versions; - Knowledge of the main procedures for Troubleshooting; - Basic knowledge of TCP/IP; - Basic knowledge of Excel and its main functions; - Knowledge of English language (B1); Key Skills - Organizational skills and proactivity attitude; - User support attitude; - Previous experience in the helpdesk field is a plus; - Knowledge of any CRM is a plus;
