We are a fast-growing nutraceutical company committed to enhancing wellness through innovative products. As we expand our reach across global and local marketplaces, we are looking for a dedicated Marketplace Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence across all major global marketplaces (Amazon, e Bay, etc.) and local platforms in Italy, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. You will play a crucial role in listing our products, driving sales, and ensuring profitable growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Management:
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across global and local marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and imagery for all listings.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Sales Growth & Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and visibility on all marketplaces.
- Analyze marketplace performance data and adjust strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor competitors and marketplace trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including order processing, customer service, and returns management.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Address any issues related to listings, orders, or customer feedback promptly and effectively.
- Profitability Monitoring:
- Track and analyze the profitability of each marketplace channel.
- Optimize pricing strategies to maintain healthy margins.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketplace management, preferably within the nutraceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of global marketplaces like Amazon, e Bay, and local platforms in Italy, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing marketplace operations.
- Proficiency in using marketplace tools and analytics to monitor performance and profitability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian, German, or French is a plus.
