Job Description: We are seeking a Financial Specialist to join our Finance team.
This role is pivotal for the smooth operation and management of our financial processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative and accounting functions and will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and compliance within our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily accounting activities including the recording of supplier invoices and general ledger entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Manage VAT tax compliance and related fiscal responsibilities.
- Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of local financial statements and reporting package for mother company in South Korea.
- Maintain and improve internal accounting controls and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Finance Planning & Analysis team and Treasury team and other departments to ensure cohesive financial operations.
- Liaise daily with the Korean management team, requiring excellent communication skills in English.
Requirements: - Proven experience in the administrative-accounting sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with international management.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Italian accounting standards, IFRS and VAT regulations is highly desirable.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
