Position Description
We are looking for a Field Service Technician who will be in charge of performing routine and extraordinary maintenance activities on our customers' facilities to ensure the best functionality and operating conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, maintenance and service of our customers fleet: Rubber Tyred Gantry, Mobile Harbour Cranes and Reach Stackers;
- Service inspection and maintenance contracts;
- Refurbishment and modernization projects;
- Installation;
- Testing and certification
The following skills are required of the applicant:
- Autonomy with electromechanical, hydraulic and electronic skills;
- Appreciated experience on main port equipment like Mobile Harbour Cranes, Rubber Tyred Gantry and Reach Stackers;
- Good grasp of the English language (verbal and written);
- Strong interpersonal skills as there is extensive customer contact;
- It is expected that you will be safety conscious;
- You must be physically fit and able to work at heights;
- Willingness to work extra hours during the week and at weekends;
- Hold a valid driving licence;
- Residence North West Italy/Liguria is preferred.
