This is a fully remote job opportunity as the FS Supervisor will work at the customer premises worldwide therefore, when not engaged in the service, office activities can be carried out remotely.Main ResponsibilitiesInterfacing between IMI and the customer to ensure field activities are carried out with maximum safety, in compliance with quality standards and delivered on timeCoordinate IMI service teams or external personnelPrepare and submit service reports and documentation required by the customer during service activitiesProvide technical assistance to the customerWhat We Are Looking ForEngineering Degree or Technical/Industrial High School DiplomaExcellent knowledge of Italian and English both written and spokenAbility to read and understand electrical and hydraulic diagramsAbility to communicate effectively with customersOperational flexibility to carry out frequent services at short noticeAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentDemonstrable positive attitude and ability to work calmly under pressureExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and gain respect of internal and external customersPreferential requirement is to have experience in supervising/executing maintenance and interventions on Electro-Hydraulic and PLC controlled automation systems at refineries or complex industrial entities.
