About the Role
We are looking for a 6 months Intern to support the ACMA Customer Service team in the following activities:
- Creating offers and economic proposals for Spare Parts in collaboration with the tutor;
- Supporting the team in the spare parts business to achieve the area objectives. This involves preparing spare parts offers, constant follow-up of the same, creation of suggested spare parts lists; monitoring of market penetration and new actions to increase the business;
- Supporting ACMA foreign company offices for the previously listed activities by supervising the progress in achieving the economic targets;
- Providing remote support to our Client Companies worldwide.
What You Need to Be Successful

Degree in Economics & Business Administration or Languages;
- Excellent knowledge of English language preferably at a business level. The knowledge of a third language is highly appreciated plus (German, Spanish or French);
- Knowledge of SAP is a favorable plus;
- Communication skills and customer orientation;
- Strong human relationship builder among different professional environments and diverse cultures;
- Precise and meticulous, attention to details is fundamental;
- Highly organized;
- Previous experience in Customer Service will be appreciated.
