For the Legal team in the Bologna / Ancona office, we are looking for a Talented Lawyer, committed to innovation and growth. With our eyes set firmly on the future, we are expanding our team to tackle new challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Corporate Law: Handle legal matters for both publicly listed and private companies (including application of TUF and Code of Corporate Governance), ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting corporate governance.
- Contract Law: Draft and review contracts, ensuring the protection of the client's interests, including support in M&A transactions.
- Assistance in legal compliance work: design, drafting and assistance in the implementation of the Organization and Management Models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001; drafting of Code of Ethics.

Requirements:

- Law degree with a grade higher than 105/110 and bar admission;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
