How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Italian Energy Management team is located in Milan, as part of the Air Liquide Italy Head Office, while the SIO Energy Optimization team is located near Lyon in France.
The Energy Analyst will work within the SIO Energy Optimization team and collaborate with the Italy Energy Management team on specific local missions.
These missions include: ISO 50001 Energy Management certification with related activities including mandatory energy diagnostic.
Energy Optimization missions for Italy, including nominations follow-up, flexibility strategy, and incorporation of new sourcing.
Support on energy management responsibilities such as contract management, regulations oversight, and performance analysis.
Support on Cluster energy optimization responsibilities, such as data management, opportunities analyses, and operational performance analysis.
Results expected: Gap analysis between the current energy management system and a certified energy management system.
Automation of global & specific KPI provided in the energy audits at site level.
Follow-up on energy efficiency investments identified by last energy audits.
Energy operations daily follow-up on production planning, nominations, energy mechanisms usage, and optimization.
Are you a MATCH?
Candidate Profile: Engineering or Business School background (Field of specialization: Energy, climate, power, engineering, business, finance).
Ability to analyze and understand complex problems.
Ability to speak and write in Italian.
Ability to speak and write either in French or English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or science, preferably related to energy or business.
First experience in energy markets or industrial energy management.
Strong data analysis skills from data cleaning to clear visualizations.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to rally teams around shared goals.
Ability to juggle multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.

1-2 years of work experience.
Italian is mandatory.
French or English are an asset.
Position based in Milan, Italy for an initial period of 12 months, extendable once.
The position is open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program.
