Volonteer for International Experience (VIE) This VIE will support EMED (and EMEAR) legal team to deal with all legal aspects of 3DS operations and business, serving all entities and all organizations in the Group, across brands, industries and geos, including Strategy, Sales & Channels, R&D, Marketing, Finance, etc.
Your missions Contract Legal Counsel: Provides the relevant stakeholders with legal advice in all areas of expertise (IP, litigation, antitrust, labor laws, export regulations, etc.)
and contributes to decision making by providing innovative solutions and risk-oriented analyses.
Defines standard agreements, creates, negotiates and closes tailor made agreements.
Specifically for sales transactions, he/she also approves final contractual framework before delivery to customer.
Shares legal analyses identifying growth drivers and risks, to facilitate fast decision making related to business development, creation and protection of 3DS assets and value, including pre-acquisition due diligences and integration process of newly acquired companies.
Streamlines and simplifies communication and validation processes with Business Affairs (Finance, CES ...) and other teams (R&D, Marketing...), to scale and optimize delivery of legal solutions in support of customers and suppliers transactions, channels development, development and distribution of 3DS products and services, protection and enforcement of 3DS intellectual property.
Explores and benchmarks legal and business solutions to support 3DS business and growth (new business/distribution model, new country, new technology...).
Supports business litigation and pre-litigation issues.
Qualifications: You have a Master's degree in contract law, intellectual property, corporate law and litigation.
You have initial experience in the high-tech sector.
You are fluent in English.
You are rigorous, autonomous and proactive.
