**VIE CIB Communication Officer - Milan, M/W**
**Your daily routine ?
**
You will support the Communication team in all its activities.
Your main activités will be:
- Coordination and management of participation and visibility at professional events in the banking and financial sectors in Italy;
- Management and monitoring of the process of inviting clients to sporting and cultural events sponsored by the group;
- Organization of customer loyalty events (cultural and sporting events, seminars, dinners);
- Organization of internal events (meetings, seminars, incentive, workshops);
- Creation, monitoring and updating of local communication tools and supports in accordance with the group's news and the graphic charter;
- Adaptation and dissemination of initiatives and institutional content within the AÐO| slG cluster in Italy.

You will join the CIB Italy Communication team composed of 2 resources based in Milan, in our flagship 27 story tall building in the centre of Milan.
The office is also very conveniently located next to the main train station connecting Milan to the rest of Italy and Europe.
From the office, there is also an amazing view of the all city, making it one of the most desirable location in Milan.

You will have the opportunity to get to know the bank and its different business sectors better, which will allow it to develop a transversal vision of CIB.
You will learn the process of creating an event from scratch, know all the actors involved: suppliers, tools, internal and external interfaces, learn how to manage these processes independently, to communicate internally and externally using dedicated tools that comply with brand guidelines and values.

You hold a master degree in communication and have gained experience (internships and work-study program included) in communications and/or publicity.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, content management systems, and social media platforms.
You have advanced **English** and **Italian** language skills.
You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.
Your ability to manage multiple deadlines, your creativity as well as your ability to adapt will be assets to progress on this mission.
