Their role is a combination of executive management, coaching and leadership activities, with the objective of enabling the MS function to achieve its strategic objectives and goals.Directs a major part of the organisation's sales activities, such as a given channel, product line, major/strategic accounts, region or country.

Oversees worldwide channel sales, worldwide global accounts, and global sales/services for a major product or service line.This role can be performed in any of our European offices.What you'll be doingKey Roles and Responsibilities:Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.Identify market and client needs related to MS in the region and/or country, based on global imperatives.Define an optimal sales force structure and manage the use of budgets.Drive the regional development and execution of the Group Services Product, Managed Services portfolio vision and roadmap.Increase region's adoption to global services, standards, and service architectures.Act as the interface between region GTM Sales Directors, Client Partners in the country, and region Product Development teams.Manages a team of sales directors who are accountable for ensuring the achievement of MS Sales targets.Own MS profit and loss, including revenue and operating profit and related TCV GP of MS bookings.Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.Plans and organises multiple work outputs by assigning priorities and continuously reviewing objectives and goals.Set aggressive account strategies for MS accounts and support the exploitation of revenue generation opportunities.Develop and ensure the execution of the sales strategy by making decisions that influence people, process and technology.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:Deep knowledge base on industry verticals as well as MS solutions and servicesSubstantial management and leadership skills and ability to think at a strategy levelStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders at different levelsSignificant business financial skills.
