Responsibilities: Key role in the leadership (co-lead) and strategic development of the division, particularly regarding new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, or organizational development. Acts as a business partner to the Division CEO to successfully lead the division strategically and operationally, participating in decision making as a member of the executive management team. Controls investment strategies by considering business opportunities, cash, and liquidity risks. Drives the Division's financial planning, including coordination of strategic and operating plans and budgets. Prepares reliable current and forecasting reports and monitors business performance, establishing corrective measures as needed. Performs risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments. Ensures legal and regulatory compliance with laws and company policies. Directs the Finance and accounting team in a decentralized setup. Conducts monthly and year-end closure actions, including the corresponding reporting. Qualifications: 10 or more years of professional experience in Finance & Controlling leadership roles. Experience in the business of a technology-driven environment. Experience in a multinational company with a matrix organization. Strong business acumen. Excellent leadership skills and personal integrity. Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization.
