How will you make an impact?
You will responsible for: Project Management: integration with Group from an HR Admin, Compensation and Benefits perspective (employment contracts, benefits analysis, HR system implementation, payroll run, etc..).
Payroll: managing the payroll process with confidentiality, data accuracy and integrity over the systems and tools in use to guarantee zero errors on reporting, payroll outcomes and salaries payments People Data: implementation and maintenance of standard or customized reports to support the organization and HR leaders to make confident strategic and data-driven HR decisions HRIS: HR systems management.
Assisting users with technical support, guidance and troubleshooting.
User guide creation and maintenance to guarantee consistency and efficiency Digital HR Transformation: tools and systems improvements, integration with Group Benefits: review and renewal of current benefits and/or alignment with Group Benefit strategy (including reporting, invoicing and payment process) Post-Payroll Reconciliations (salary payments vs postings on general ledger) using SAP HR How will you experience success with us?
You will demonstrate: Strong expertise in HR Administration Interest and proactivity in keeping informed on HR Admin Italian law requirements A good understanding of global HRIS systems and SAP HR architecture, with a solid expertise of the SAP HR architecture for Italy Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in particular with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions Experience in coordinating application maintenance (SAP HR must and People First as a nice to have) Impeccable attention to detail, proactively troubleshooting and performing risk management controls Excellent ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while consistently meeting high-quality standards A service-oriented mindset with a strong client focus and sense of accountability and used to the confidentiality needed in HR topics Commitment to the customer, the team, and project objectives Ability to adapt the communication style to non-technical users and different levels of seniority Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian What makes our group different?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the riche diversity of our arts, cultures and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.
