Identify the most effective way to read the business and its key drivers.
Constantly and proactively support the business with ad/hoc analysis, accurate and timely information critical to business leader's decision making.
Share insight and analyse data to create actionable recommendations.Provide commercial analysis, develop growth targets, and evaluate strategic initiatives.Oversee the company's cost management processes, including identifying cost-saving opportunities, creating cost reduction strategies, and implementing processes to ensure the most efficient and effective cost structure possible.Provide working capital analysis related to inventory.
Identify and develop tools for inventory monitoring and analysis, keeping an updated track record of its breakdown by business dimensions, ageing, and product life cycle.Manage independently the forecasting and budgeting process driving financial results.Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance, monitor trends, and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans if necessary.
Support, monitor, and follow up the execution.Play a key role in the preparation of capital investment projects, providing financial insights to support the decision process.Work in conjunction with the Reporting teams to ensure proper and accurate PL/BS management during the closing period.Focus on standardization and automation of processes and continuous improvement with the support of appropriate IT tools; implementation of automation and sharing of best practices.How will you experience success with us?Master's degree in appropriate discipline (Accounting, Finance, Engineering).
Qualified ACA /ACCA/ CIMA / CPA is a plus.Solid relevant experience in FPA/Financial Controlling Reporting.Solid financial background and business acumen.A robust analytical skill-set.Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.Excellent modelling skills (Microsoft Office Excel; knowledge of VBA/Power BI is a plus.
