Success in this role means for Hill's to be recognized by Vets as a creator of added value for their knowledge in nutrition, demonstrating in-market success with related KPIs.The role reports to the Professional Digital Manager and will work in close cooperation with the Professional Veterinary Affairs department and the Veterinary Commercial Team.Key Job Responsibilities:In accordance with the educational plan and priority grid along the year, develop educational content and digital assets (podcast, article, video …) that engage and communicate effectively key messages to the vet channel business including schools, aligning messaging across multiple platforms and tools, materials and target audiences.Develop educational materials for Hillsvet.it and different collaborative education platforms as for Hill's Vet Academy (training, resources and different type of contents)Manage and support the implementation of the owned digital professional tools (eLearning, eCom, Recommendation tool, website) and perform all the related analysis via dedicated reportsScouting, management and contents creation for tools, blogs, influencers followed by Vets: linkedin, apps, instant messaging, whatsapp, blogs, digital magazinesCreation of contents for social media and CRM according to the editorial planSupport Customer Development team and Pet Vet Affairs in developing digital educational and promotional assets for Key customers (Large Clinics and Corporate), for webinars, Speaker Tours and congressesManage Vet dedicated helpline, supporting and engaging with professionals on a daily basisPartners with peers to coordinate executional activities and fully leverage tools/assetsRequired Qualifications:Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition or equivalent degreeAt least 1/2 years of general practice experiencesAt least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinicStrong digital attitude and propensity for new technologies, including social media and other digital platformsAbility to understand and apply principles of adult learning.Commercial interest / competenceStrong analytical and data-driven thinking mindsetProven Project management skills and ability to work under constant deadline pressureStrong decision-making and problem-solving approachExcellent oral and written communication capabilitiesEnthusiasm, passion, positive and proactive approach to work.
