**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
This position is an integral part of the Venues & Infrastructure (VNI) functional area and will support the team focussing on the production of drawings and other documentation for the temporary infrastructures of one or more venues in line with the agreed milestones, reporting to the Venue Design Manager and/or to the Venue Design Coordinator.
Coordinates and develops overlay drawings production and other related documentation for one or more competition and/or non-competition venues.
Supports the preparation of MC26 overlay design information required for the procurement of temporary infrastructure, site delivery / safety purposes.
In particular, he/ she will:
- Able to produce design and overlay related documents through the appropriate softwares.
- Suggest, follow instructions and report on production of overlay design drawings and other related documentation across one or more venues
- Support the Design Manager and/or Design coordinator in the development of the projects.
- Ensure a high standard of relationship with all internal functions, stakeholders and contractors and the like.
- Share ideas and information with the team and contribute to the team environment
- Be aware and comply with the Corporation's health and safety policies, standards practices and program.
**Requirements**:
- Qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
- Understanding of design standards at different stages and in view of delivery and site management.
- Able to multi-tasking.
- Experience in the design of sporting venues and temporary infrastructures for major sport events is a plus.
- Site experience with a support role in a construction / engineering environment is a plus
- Excellent language skills in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- IT-experienced, professional use of CAD/BIM softwares, knowledge of usual office softwares
