CEO Marco Credendino and Creative Director Ippolita Rostagno launched Artemest in 2015 with a shared vision to bring the work of Italian artisans to the world stage. Headquartered in Milan, Italy, with a physical gallery, Artemest Galleria, in West Chelsea, New York, Artemest continues to grow its community while preserving Italian craft traditions.
To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a Vendors Relationship Support Intern. The person will be part of the Buying & Premium Program Team which is in charge of supporting artisans' growth by offering ad hoc services and tools. He/She will handle the first step of the contract after negotiation.
What will be your key responsibilities? Support the supervision of the workflow status for Base and Premium AcquisitionsFollow-up with suppliers for feedback and sending contracts/inserting card detailsFollow-up on payments and activation of paid plansSupport the development of the Vendors landing pages (material collection and execution)Support the Buying & Premium team in cross-functional projectsOffer information: Duration: 6 monthsStarting from January 2025Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm)Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policyRequisiti:Who are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Economics, Economics of Cultural Heritage, Arts Management, MarketingPassion for art & crafts and good knowledge of the Interior Design sectorExcellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels in the organization and with external providersAbility to work efficiently in a dynamic environmentProblem solving abilitiesHigh attention to details and orientation to resultsGood knowledge of ExcelPositive workplace.
