Experience in logistic processes
- High school Diploma or equivalent (Level 3 according to European Qualification Framework (EQF))
- Experience in personnel management
- Need to demonstrate PC skills, especially in MS Office with a focus on Excel
- Experience in the preparation and communication of key figures and analyses
- Valid driving license
Job summary
The Vendor Flex Cluster Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of a set of Vendor Flex sites from the Inbound phase to the Customer Order Fulfillment and will be the point of contact for all the on-site activities, included queries from the vendor and/or 3PL management.
The position will be based in Pescara/Teramo.
Key job responsibilities
In this role you will be the go-to-person for all the on-site operations and you will lead a team towards the short and long term targets and you will be responsible for the main KPIs of the site, in particular you will:
- Supervise and coordinate the operations and all the flows in the warehouse.
- Deliver training and coach the Amazon / 3PL operators and ensure the highest safety and quality standards are met.
- Be the first point of contact for the Vendor / 3PL management for all the operational and warehouse matters and you will be expected to work proactively to remove road blockers and support these external stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong professional relationship with a number of different internal and external teams that are directly or indirectly involved in the Operations such as: Transportation and Amazon Vendor Services.
- Partner with Vendor Flex / External Fulfilment teams from other countries to ensure that all the findings and best practices circulate across the network.
