Within the Vehicle Support team, you will ensure that the latest Propulsion software and calibration are fully capable and robust before it is released. You will confirm system compatibility and will investigate and resolve issues found during testing. You will have hands-on involvement with our latest technology on both test rigs and vehicles.
You will support scheduling of vehicle updates, servicing, instrumentation, and shipping.
Key Accountabilities and responsibilities
· Collection and analysis of data for verification and issue investigations.
· Ensuring test properties have latest software and calibration releases flashed.
· Carry out control system issue investigations and provide clear communication of progress into team.
· Development of new and improved rig tests to capture issues earlier in development.
· Use of structured problem-solving techniques and capturing lessons learned.
· Support the development of processes and tools to improve robustness of the Propulsion control system, including its diagnostics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· An understanding of Powertrain and Propulsion systems, including high voltage electrified components.
Knowledge of data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
Knowledge of automotive software, calibration, and networks, including diagnostics.
· Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
