With a presence in 38 countries across three continents and over 13,000 employees, our mission is to contribute to society through the continuous development of superior rail transport solutions.AccountabilitiesThe rule will require to understand vehicle system functions and analyze the diagnostic and maintenance data with the scope to:Identify the cause of the fault and support the maintenance staff to repair it.Support the driver to manage the fault when it happens with the scope to reduce it effect on the vehicle mission.Improve vehicle diagnostic system, maintenance and dépannage proceduresDefine requirements to develop algorithms that generate Automatic work orders to maintenance staffSupport design department to improve vehicle system design and functionsSupport maintenance engineer department to improve maintenance plan and proceduresRequired Skills/KnowledgeIt is our expectation that successful applicants should be able to demonstrate all of the experience and skills listed below:From 2 to 4 years of experience in railway vehicle systems design or Vehicle maintenance engineerExpert to interpret electrical drawing, pneumatic drawings, system specification software specification and mechanical drawingsUnderstanding of RCM principles and methodologyExpert in Railway vehicle system functionsExpert to analyze and correlate data from different sources (e.I. vehicle diagnostic events, maintenance reports, etc)Expert to define maintenance and troubleshooting proceduresAble to perform statistical analysis including quality control.Able to use diagnostic toolProblem solvingEducation/QualificationsElectrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering master Degree or equivalent technical background or equivalent technical backgroundLanguagesFluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
