We are currently looking for a Vehicle Diagnostic Engineer to support one of our projects in Turin/Sant'Agata Bolognese. ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the dealer network for problem investigation and resolution.Analyze dealer reports and identify root causes of issues.Conduct detailed analysis of protocols, videos, and pictures.Perform vehicle updates and ensure sensors and actuators are correctly trained.Analyze and correct error memory entries in ECUs.Collaborate with a team of experts in a high-tech, innovative environment.About YouMin 2 years' experience in the automotive field (OEM, Tier1).Knowledge about vehicle diagnostic and remote diagnostic.Independent in diagnostic report analysis.Knowledge about automotive networking protocols (CAN, LIN, etc…).Knowledge and proven interest in automotive electrics and electronic problem resolution.Knowledge about vehicle software updates, coding, and parametrization.Knowledge of working model of AUDI and/or VW is nice to have.Advanced knowledge in diagnostic tools.General knowledge on 2D drawings and logical schematic.General knowledge on LIN, CAN, Flexray, and optical network.General knowledge on laboratory tools (scope, tester,…).Knowledge of failure tracking tools.Knowledge of network tracing and logging tools.General knowledge on vehicle's architecture.General knowledge on Power Train and Infotainment issues.Engineering degree (Mechanical, electrical, automotive, or related field).English language is MANDATORY (German is a plus).Job DetailsLocation: Turin/Sant'Agata Bolognese.Start date: 01/09/2024.Next StepsSomeone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview.If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge.In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.
