Job Description We are looking for a Validator Software Engineer to join our team and support an important customer operating in the transport sector. The resource will be part of a working team involved in test environment development, software test execution, and software test documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design, implement, test environment, and troubleshoot software related to SUT systems. Develop and maintain documentation and evidence for industry compliance. Develop the test cases and associated documentation to demonstrate compliance to the agreed system requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electronics or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience as a software tester or similar role in the railway sector. Train electrical schematics knowledge. Knowledge of software testing and debugging. Experience in development and validation of the software. SW/HW integration with subsystems. Ethernet protocols. Good knowledge of Simulink, Matlab and Control Build. Knowledge of Python and C++. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Teamwork skills. The work will be done mostly on site, so domicile/residence in the province of Cuneo is appreciated.
