He/She will be involved in:Main tasks will include: Supporting the team through all phases of the origination and marketing phases (reputational checks, conflict clearance, preparation of pitching / marketing material, etc.) Financial modeling: working on and analyzing cash flow models and running sensitivities Reviewing due diligence materials (market, technical, insurance, legal, tax) Providing support in structuring of the transactions: drafting/reviewing the term sheet and reviewing the key features of the financing documentation Supporting the team with respect to all aspects of the credit process, including preparation of credit applications, internal rating and profitability tools etc. Portfolio management activities (waiver, amendments, annual reviews etc.) Updating the internal monitoring tools Tracking and monitoring the business unit's results New client on-boarding and periodic KYC check Due to the VIE eligibility criteria a questionnaire will be provided.
